About Prof. Dr. Subhajit Basu

Professor Subhajit Basu teaches law and tech. He studies how digital technologies affect transit, education, healthcare, and social justice. International acclaim has followed his thorough, innovative, integrated empirical and theoretical research of the Global South. He has a PhD from Liverpool John Moores University and an LLB from Calcutta University's Law Faculty. BILETA Chair and Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures, and Commerce Fellow. The Brazilian Academy of Crime Sciences' International Cybercrime Law Committee includes him.
